Walk-in chillers/freezers — entrapment, cold exposure on extended stocktakes, slippery floors at thresholds. This row is the health-and-safety hazard (people getting trapped or cold), not food safety: keeping food at temperature is a separate regime under the Food Act (MPI / your council), and this register doesn't cover it — see the food-safety boundary note.
