Product Terms of Use

Last updated: 9 June 2026

These Terms govern the Amplifai workspace and service. The public wayfinder (“Answers”) editorial content is governed by the Wayfinder Content Terms.

1. Overview

Amplifai is a software service that helps users structure, analyse, and generate written work using AI-assisted methods. These Terms govern your use of the Amplifai workspace and service. The public wayfinder (“Answers”) editorial content is governed by the separate Wayfinder Content Terms, not by these Terms. By accessing or using the Amplifai service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Amplifai provides structured AI-assisted workflows (“methods”), user workspaces for storing context, rules, and reference material, and AI-generated outputs based on user inputs.

Amplifai is a tool to assist professional work, not a substitute for human judgement. Users remain responsible for reviewing and approving any output before using it.

3. Early Access

Amplifai is currently provided as an early access service. During early access, features may change, availability may be limited, errors may occur, and functionality may be added or removed. Amplifai may modify or discontinue the service at any time.

4. Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, and notify Amplifai of unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Amplifai to violate laws or regulations, produce illegal or harmful content, infringe intellectual property rights, generate deceptive or fraudulent material, or attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the service. Amplifai may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the information you submit to Amplifai. This includes prompts, documents, workspace context, and instructions or rules. You grant Amplifai a limited licence to process this content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

7. AI Outputs

Outputs the service generates from your inputs in the workspace are produced using third-party AI systems. These outputs may contain errors, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and should be reviewed before use. Amplifai does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of these outputs. Users are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them. (This section concerns outputs generated for you in the workspace; the published wayfinder content is addressed in the Wayfinder Content Terms.)

8. AI Training

Amplifai does not use your content to train AI models. Your prompts, documents, workspace context, and outputs are processed solely to deliver the service. They are not used to improve or fine-tune any external AI model.

9. Workspace Confidentiality

Workspace content — including facts, voice settings, rules, and all work items — is treated as confidential. Access is restricted to authorised users of each workspace. Amplifai does not access, review, or share workspace content except as required to operate the service or comply with legal obligations.

10. Third-Party Services

Amplifai relies on external AI model providers and infrastructure services. Use of Amplifai may involve processing by third-party systems. Amplifai is not responsible for outages or limitations caused by third-party providers.

11. Intellectual Property

The Amplifai platform, including its design, methods, and software, is owned by Amplifai. Users may not copy or reproduce the platform, attempt to extract system prompts or internal logic, or use the service to build competing systems.

12. Termination

Amplifai may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, the service is abused, or as required by law. Users may stop using the service at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability

Amplifai is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amplifai is not liable for decisions made using AI output, losses resulting from reliance on generated content, or indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies you have under New Zealand law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
