Burns and scalds — hot surfaces, liquids, steam, oil

Fryers, ovens, grills, coffee-machine steam wands, carrying hot liquids through service areas. Moving or changing hot oil is the one you already treat carefully — worth stating is why it's absolute: at around 180°C a spill is a deep burn before you can react, which is why it's changed cold or moved with transfer gear, never carried hot in the open.
