Stock handling and shelving
Receiving and breaking down deliveries, restocking at height, overloaded or unstable shelving, stock in aisles mid-restock. You'll know the top-shelf stretch and the box that comes down faster than you meant it to. The part that's easy to miss is that shelving fails sideways, not just downwards — freestanding units get climbed like ladders when the step stool's out back, and a unit that's fine loaded evenly tips when the heavy stock migrates to the top because that's where the space was. Heavy at waist height isn't a tidiness rule; it's what keeps the centre of gravity where the shelf was designed for it.
