These terms govern the public wayfinder (“Answers”) editorial content published by Amplifai Limited — the guides, entries, and reference material in the corpus. By accessing or using that content, you agree to these terms. Your use of the Amplifai workspace and service is governed by the separate Amplifai Product Terms of Use, not by these terms.
2. What this is, and what it is not
The wayfinder content explains how an area of New Zealand business compliance generally works. It is not assembled by a lawyer, chartered accountant, or registered tax agent; it is synthesised by an experienced practitioner, supported by AI tools used for cross-referencing and statutory verification. It does not address your specific circumstances, and it is not — and does not hold itself out as — legal, tax, financial, immigration, or other professional advice, or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who can consider your situation.
3. We are not your adviser
